PRESS

What they're

saying

Kauflin favors a clarity of touch and ideas. His writing is also balanced, tempering post-bop tendencies with the assurances of the gospel church.

New York Times

If you think you're having a rough day and can't escape whatever hole life has dug for you, Kauflin's worldview should give you a little perspective...

RogerEbert.com

What separates Kauflin from the others is the soulfulness of his repertoire ... this is a musician who wants to do more than make you admire his viruosity.
